The Science of “Overpowered” (OP)

What does it mean to be “Too Powerful”? It isn’t about physical strength. It isn’t about money.

It is about Aura.

Internet culture has defined “Aura Points” as the mystical currency of coolness. When you trip in public but turn it into a dance move? +5000 Aura. When you wave at someone who wasn’t waving at you? -10000 Aura.

The calculator uses a proprietary “Chaos Algorithm” to weigh three critical factors:

1. Main Character Energy (MCE)

This measures your narrative importance.

• Low MCE: You wait for the crosswalk sign to change even when no cars are coming.
• High MCE: The rain stops because you stepped outside. The DJ changes the song because you walked in.

2. The Unbothered Index

Power requires detachment. If you receive a “we need to talk” text and your heart rate doesn’t change, your Unbothered Index is 100%. If you spiral because someone used the wrong emoji, you are leaking power.

3. Plot Armor (Luck)

In video games, “Plot Armor” prevents the hero from dying because they are essential to the story. In real life, Plot Armor is finding a parking spot in the front row on a Saturday. It is forgetting to study but getting an A anyway.

How to Use the Calculator

This tool is volatile. Use with caution.

Step 1: Set Your Baseline Use the neon sliders to rate yourself. Be honest.

• Warning: If you set everything to 100%, the calculator might crash (just kidding, but it will judge you for your hubris).

Step 2: Activate Reality Mods This is where the numbers get crazy. Toggle the “Power Ups” to boost your score.

• Delusional Confidence: This is the most dangerous mod. Believing you can do something is 90% of actually doing it.
• Mysterious Past: Nothing adds power like being vague about where you were between 2016 and 2018.

The Rankings Explained

Once the smoke clears, you will be assigned a Rank.

• NPC (Non-Player Character): You are essential to the economy, but you aren’t leading the raid. You probably remind the teacher to collect homework.
• Side Character: You have funny one-liners and good outfits, but you don’t drive the plot.
• Protagonist: You have a tragic backstory and a destiny. Things happen to you.
• Final Boss: You sit on a throne waiting for challengers. You have health bars in multiple colors.
• ENTITY OF CHAOS: You cannot be governed. You drink orange juice after brushing your teeth just to feel something.

Why You Need to Know Your Score

Knowing your Power Level isn’t just vanity; it’s a safety precaution for those around you.

If you score above 50,000, you legally have to warn people before entering a room. You possess a level of “Rizz” that is radioactive. You are the person who starts a slow clap that actually works.
