Interpreting Your Results

2. Puzzle Feeders: Stop using a bowl. Make them "hunt" for their kibble using puzzle toys. It slows them down and signals satiety to the brain.
3. Wet Food is King: Wet food has higher volume (water) for fewer calories. You can feed a cat a lot more wet food than dry food for the same calorie count.
